Great quality print that doesn’t peel or fade after many washes
Terrible can be used to describe the way they screenprint the shirts, and the customer service. I bought this shirt off of an Instagram ad, which I don’t believe showed the design on an actual t-shirt so you can see the true size of the design that is delivered to you. When it arrived, the design was obnoxiously huge! It’s not as bad as the Mutant Rhapsody shirt I bought (where the design was so big Nightcrawler and Cyclops curve around my torso), so I guess I’ll give them that?
I’ve hit up customer service about this, and was told that they did everything right on their end (which they didn’t), so no refund can be issued. The problem is they went off the pics from the confirmation page, which wasn’t shown to me until AFTER I bought them. On top of that, the designs in the confirmation pics are smaller than the ones that were delivered. I’ve hit up customer service at least 6 times over the past couple of weeks about this, and now they’re ignoring me.
If you’re a customer looking to buy, be wary of the designs that are not shown on an actual shirt.
If you’re an artist looking to sell, RIPT kills your design by overblowing the size of it.
