I ordered a shirt from RIPT and when it arrived it had a rip in the shirt. I contacted customers serviced and they replaced the shirt no problem. So in addition to being a fan of the designs of the shirts I am a fan of how they take care of their customers
I have bought medium sized tees from Ript many times before. They have always fit perfectly and I have never had a problem. On this occasion I did the same and found the t shirt did not fit. This wouldn’t have been a problem but when I emailed the site to rectify the issue they claimed it was my fault (even though they had emailed me in the interim asking how I found their new style t shirts). I would expect them to replace my shirt with a larger size or at the very least refund me but they refused. Be careful before ordering because this site will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Won’t be buying from them again.
