RIPTGreat shirts, bad customer service
This is my 2nd time ordering from RipT Apparel. First time I ordered 1 shirt, love the design and still wear it months later. Graphic holds up after numerous washes. Second order was 3 shirts and a print. It took several weeks to receive my order. When I did I received the 3 shirts in a bag, but no print. I waited a few days thinking the print would come later, but it never did. When I reach out asking about the print, they claim all of the order was sent in 1 order. I questioned why a print would be delivered in a bag and I still have not got a response, but they want me to leave a review… The shirts are great and I have a list of shirts I would love to buy but will not be throwing money away to maybe get what I order.
