RIPTPrinting error, notified staff then ghosted
I've been buying shirts from Ript since it was just shirts. No coasters, sweaters, posters, etc. I have a TON of shirts so I thought I'd switch it up and try sweaters. I got the Predator sweater and it was epic so when the Alien sweater launched, I wanted to match it. I got it in The same size and style. The artwork on the Predator sweater fills my whole torso and is beautifully designed. The alien artwork barely fills up my hand. As it was obviously a printing error, I sent photos of it to [email removed] before submitting this review. The employee acknowledged that it was indeed a printing error and they would fix the situation and send me an email confirmation to let me know it was taken care of. A week later, after no email, I sent a follow-up just to make sure we were still good to go. It's been nearly a week since I sent that follow-up email, so I'm writing this review in hopes that it gets to the right people. I love Ript and hate to write a 1 star review, which is why I waited and gave them the chance to fix it first. Fingers crossed this works, otherwise it might be time to find a new favorite t-shirt website.
