RIPTFalse color advertising
I used to work merch for bands and I toured all over. I know what color descriptions are. I buy a shirt for me and my kid often. Recently I bought a kids tee and an adult tee to be twinsies at Disney. Kids tee came in as described Navy Blue, perfect. Adult tee came in as Heather grey. I emailed and was given the runaround by them. I was told it was Heather Navy. Well Heather Navy is still a dark color but they insisted the colors were correct. Advertising it as regular Navy and then it’s way lighter. It said on the website NAVY. NOT HEATHER NAVY. I mean look at your own websites color description and pictures. Now look at the one I was sent. Completely two different colors. Was not happy at all. This is the 3rd order in a row they messed up on. Last two orders the prints on the kids tees were faded compared to the adult tee when received. I had to wait weeks for the shirts, then I had to wait weeks again to get the replacements. One of the replacements was faded too. So I waited almost 2 months total for 3 shirts and still got faded designs. RIPT used to be my go to. Now it’s my go away. They have amazing prints and designs but your printed end products are not great. Love , a customer who used to buy a lot and now I am sad because I don’t trust Ript to sell me good quality products. And they made my daughter cry because her T-shirt was “ broken “. Shame shame shame …. I know your name. San Dimus High Fiotball Team Rules !!!
