Had to follow the order up originally as for some reason my order wasn't placed. The second time that this has happened ordering from Ript. Then the order was never received although courier said it had. Had to re-order again, still waiting for it to arrive 2 months after ordering. Absolutely terrible. Sladjana from the customer service department has been amazing in sorting my issues out but the rest of the experience has been appalling. Will not order from Ript again.
