I can’t view my last order in my order history?

Did you checkout as a guest? Unfortunately if so, that order number will not show up in your order history. Feel free to contact us directly for more information on the order number that is not listed.

I can’t login to my account

Please double check that your email address and password are correct. If you are still having difficulty please contact us directly and we can fix the issue for you in a jiffy!

I accidently shut down my computer during checkout!

In this case, your order was probably not processed fully. Please contact us so we can confirm if your order and payment went through or not.

I was double charged for one item

I’m very sorry to hear that you were double charged for a single purchase. There must have been an issue with the website at the time of your check out. 99% of the time, double charges are refunded to you automatically by the credit card company. Please allow 2-3 days for the charge to be reversed.

If you’ve waited and it is still there, please contact us immediately, and we will refund the duplicate payment.
