What type of ink do you use?
Most of our apparel will be printed using the DTG, direct to garment, method.
For any of our Screen printed items we use a standard Plastisol Ink. We also hand mix all of our Inks from scratch; by doing this it guarantees that your print will be as clean and smooth as possible.
How do you print your T-shirts and Hoodies?
Most of our apparel will be printed using the DTG, direct to garment, method.
Some Daily Designs are printed via traditional Screen Printing technique when printing men's, women's and youth tee shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and crewneck sweatshirts.
Screen Printing is an art form, as well as a very mechanical process. This style of printing has been around for centuries, and ensures long lasting prints, and vivid bright colors.
There is a lot of set-up, and prep work involved with Screen Printing. Because of the time involved in setting up each individual job, we rarely reprint previous designs, and also are prohibited to reprint an item that is defective.
Will my shirt look exactly like what appears on your website?
DTG & Screen-printing our shirts is a delicate process with a lot of variables. What you see on the website is a digital approximation of what you will see on your printed shirts. We do our best to keep what’s on our site in sync with what you receive, but we cannot 100% guarantee colors of garment, colors of print, placement, or size of print to be exactly what you see online. That being said, there will be a reasonable range of variation between colors, size, and placement between what you see on the screen and what you see on your shirt. You won’t expect an ink print to be red and have it show up blue.
Youth sized garments are printed using a completely different process than screen-printing and they will not look exactly like their adult and youth counterparts. When comparing an adult garment to a kids garment, there will most likely be noticeable differences in placement, size, feel, and color.
