100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will only accept returns for our products in new, unwashed and unworn condition within 30 days of receiving the product. We will issue you a full refund or free exchange once received and processed. Please contact us either through our contact form or at help@RIPTapparel.com if you need to return/exchange your product. We do not pay return shipping on returned products.

I need to update my Shipping Address
Unfortunately at this time there is no way to edit you address from within your account. Once an order is placed it flows directly into production. Due to our order processing system it is very difficult to change an address once an order is placed. This is why we try to urge the importance of verifying everything is correct, before finishing your order.

There is a problem with my order, what do I do?
Contact us and we will respond as soon as possible. Please be aware that RIPT Apparel is a USA-based English-speaking company. All correspondence will be conducted in the English language.
What domestic shipping courier does RIPT use?
For all Shipments within the United States, we ship via DHL Global Mail or UPS Mail Innovations.
My shirt doesn't fit the same as my last order
Have you been working out? Or did you give up fast food? Just kidding :)
First things first, please check our sizing chart to make sure that the item you received matches the dimensions on the Size Chart. If your item doesn't match the respective size on the sizing chart, then your item is defective. If this is the case, please contact us directly with a photo of your defective garment.
Please note that there is half inch size [tolerance], so if your Men's Large t-shirt is 22 1/4" wide we cannot consider that item defective. But if the Men's Large is 25" wide then your item is most certainly defective.
I received my order, but there was a defect!
