The status on the Ript website says the order was completed, but I have yet to receive what I ordered after nearly a month. There has been no contact from Ript and their mobile site makes it difficult to contact them about lost or UNFULFILLED orders. Poor customer service unfortunately. I’ve ordered from them in the last and had positive experiences, but that appears to be changing.
