RIPTI guess I’ll never buy from Ript ever again?
I ordered a shirt as a gift. I later inquired as to where it was and was told it was “lost along the way”. I asked for a reprint and provided my shipping address to simply wait a few days and have to reach out to support (again) to ask for the status of the new order. I was told I’d be updated on the status. After waiting an entire business day, I reached out (again) to simply be told “I haven’t heard anything from shipping. We’ll be refunding you” and that I’ll be updated when something is found out. I still have no update or refund 48 hours later. I always thought Ript had cool designs and have purchased from you before, but after this, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
