To start out, the shirt is great. However, it took Ript Apparel THREE TIMES to get me the correct shirt size I ordered. 1st they sent one too small, then they sent one too big. Third try I got the right size. However, Santi with customer service took care of everything properly. Only took longer to get the shirt I ordered with all the delays.
