Love it. Just wish the batwick graphic was a smidge bigger but love it.

Crew neck sweater arrived on time and was packaged very neatly. The item itself is great and looks even better in person. Look forward to wearing it.

Print was smaller than expected

The shirt is great, as always. I always order an extra size up just in case it shrinks or for some reason, the shirt is different maker than what they normally use. However, the image on this one....(not sure if it is because it is a bigger size or not)...seemed smaller than average. Maybe it is the design, or something....but felt the image could have been larger...not so much empty space on the front.

Batman and John Wick is a cool mix. Even though this design is being used for almost anything, its awesome how well it fits. The shirt was great quality and the design was well printed. Granted the design came out smaller than the picture but RIPT messaged me almost a day after i received it, to acknowledge the small mistake they made and already have shipped me a new one that is correct. Great Shirt, EXCELLENT Customer service.

I contacted you about the shirt being much shorter than previous shirts I've ordered from RIPT Apparel. Instead of taking care of the issue and making sure that I was satisfied as a customer, I kept getting asked to send pictures and measure the shirt. I did all that and received another email back saying I needed pictures of the tags. So, I sent that. Then... I was asked for MORE pictures with a measuring tape on the shirt proving the measurements. I've never had to go through all of this just to prove that I was dissatisfied with a product. I've bought plenty of other shirts from RIPT and haven't complained one bit. Frankly, I just gave up on the constant back and forth because it's ridiculous and I probably won't be buying from RIPT again if this is how your customer service works.
