I was reaaaally looking forward to receiving this hoodie to wear to the gym as the weather is getting cooler. The design is exactly as pictured, and I still love it. The print quality is fine. Not great. There are lines in the image, and the edges are a bit fuzzy. It kind of gives it an aged or vintage appearance. Not exactly what I was going for, but I'm not mad at it. My main problem with this product is the hoodie itself. The image clearly shows a front zipper. The Knowledge Base section of this website indicates that hoodies are zip-up. However, the product that I received was a pullover. I despise pullover hoodies. I just don't like having to fight to get them on and off. The Knowledge Base also said that, in the case that the specific hoodie they typically use is out of stock, they may make a substitution for the sake of time. I wouldn't have expected a hoodie of a completely different design; at least without checking with the customer to make sure it's acceptable. I would have gladly waited extra time to get the product that I actually ordered. I'm so disappointed. This is my first order from RIPT and I was very excited about it. I've reached out to Customer Support for a resolution. I hope they make it right.
