UK Illustrator Nik Holmes digs up the rotting carcass of popular culture, stitches it together in his lab and slaps the resulting abomination on a tee shirt! You know, for kids.

Most recently, his work was featured by Sam Worthington on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon." He lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with his two guinea pigs. “Fury’s Seven” is a 2012 American comedy-superhero caper film. It features an ensemble cast of the world’s mightiest heroes. The film was a success at the box office and plans for numerical sequels, “Fury’s Twelve” and “Fury’s Fifty” are already in the works.

 “Shotokan Pilgrim vs The World Warriors” is a 1991 comedy graphic novel. The story centers around the titular character, who falls for the tournament of his dreams. But in order to claim the victory as his own, he must fight through a series of “world warriors” and 4 evil bosses.

A major figure of the Cobra Revolution, his stylized visage has become a ubiquitous countercultural symbol of rebellion and global insignia within 80’s popular culture.

I'm a freelance graphic designer from Tennessee. My favorite things are Firefly, Community, Batman, old school nick toons, comic books, and the list could go on and on. This is a nod to a great cartoon show I used to watch as kid. The Tick was clever and hilarious and I miss it so.

Nik Holmes is a British Illustrator based smack in the centre of the vast brown surroundings of the North yorkshire moors and the Industrial wasteland of the North East of England.
