DearCricket, I agree. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I haven’t got the shirt I ordered yet. What good is a “20% of your next purchase” if your not going to use it because you won’t get the shirt!
Sometimes it takes a good two to three weeks to recieve your shirts. I assume that they don’t print them until they’re ordered. I’ve had no probelms getting mine.
I had the same issue of not getting my shirt for a good bit of time after I ordered. I think it took about 3 weeks to get to me. I emailed them and they said (like Scott Olsen mentioned) they were backed up because they had changed printers. The reply I received came the very next day (I wrote after business hours) and they gave me half off my next order. The Hail to the King shirt I got was totally worth the wait though!
They totally rock at customer service. I hope this new printer is a little quicker. Turn around isn’t terrible though, I mean, it’s a tee shirt not a heart transplant.
I have to say. Ript Apparel has the nicest quality shirts out of the big three (woot.shirt and teefury.) They are softer and fit much better. So thank you Ript, you rock.

i have gotten both shirts i ordered from here no problem. i think it takes a while for them to print it and get it shipped.
