My name is Ryan Galbraith and I’m an animator in the making at Chico State University. I’ve been slapped with and gift wrapped a plethora of free time, so I’ve been motivated to fill that time with movies and art. And food. I’ve been trying to concentrate on my art more at this point in time. I think I’m finally beginning to find my style. I’m more focused on animation though, which I absolutely love. I’m not a successful graphic designer or anything, just a poor college student, but I worked hard on this piece and thought it would be cool to try to get it featured! I’ve always been into art growing up, but I never really expected to have it as my career path. I ended up stumbling upon a bunch of computer graphics courses at the CSU, and knew that this is all I could stand doing for the rest of my life. If I’m super lucky in life, I’ll be able to open up my own animation studio or something! Tee hee! (Just joking, I never actually use the term, “tee hee.”) Lets see, about the piece.. well, his insides (heart, gears, springs) have been ripped out by his first love. It sucks. Big time. It takes a while to get the pieces working again, but just give it time little guy. Give it time. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy the piece!

I think this is REALLY GOOD! I hope you have applied for your copyright on this because this is going to take you places! You should also get a watermark to protect yourself from others; you do not want anyone to steal your ‘picture’! Keep this up & get serious when it comes to your confidence in yourself, as this is REALLY good!

I cannot even begin to explain how much I can relate to this image right now. I’m 110% heart broken, literally just happened a couple days ago. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with creating a “sad” image…it’s a great representation of human emotion. I started a blog to work shit out in my head seeing as I’m not very talented at drawing. Words can paint a pretty strong picture as well. Either way, it’s obvious by reading what you had to say and looking at this image that you know how it feels to be immensely bummed about a lost love :/

Yeah, I’ve actually been through this once before. I know exactly what you mean. I have to question though if I’m fucked up for letting shit like that hit me so hard :/ I just don’t get how some people can seemingly bounce back so quickly.
