hahah I don’t think it’s sad. I have swapped out my nintendos over time, but overall I wish I had the top-loading NES!!!

My son will love this! He had all of them. Will bring a tear to his eye.

Really, the only thing missing here is the Virtual Boy. Dennis and I discussed adding it, but it wasn’t really part of his collection. Maybe we can do a lone-virtual boy in the corner in the near future on red? :D

no but in germany there was the nintendo club, where you got a free magazine with hints and tips for NES games via mail. must have been in 1993 or something. that was awesome!

@TJ I read the crap out of Nintendo Power all through my childhood! It was my most looked-forward-to day of every month when I got the next issue in the mail.

I gave all my Nintendo powers to my cousin Rachel, who would actually USE them. I have the original Final Fantasy 1 strategy guide! No way to finish that game without it!
