I feel the same way about this as I did about last week’s Vulture: Nice graphic ruined by a lazy application. I like one-colors, I really do. “Crows” from a while back is still one of my favorites from this site. But the graphic on that one popped off the shirt and any more colors would have seemed excessive. This one just disappears into a muddle of black and grey.
Maybe you guys are keeping overhead low, but you did so well mixing colors during Robot Week; give these designs the same treatment! Look at another “Sunday” shirt like “Prophet Micael”: a bit of color made a great graphic into a top-notch shirt! Vacation’s over; back to work! ;-)
