Where are you from?

What inspired you to become an artist?
Maybe it was the illustrations in “Where the Wild Things Are” or trying to draw an airplane that could actually fly. Grocery stores that handed out smiley face stickers who started a whole generation of little vandals spreading sticker joy to cars in parking lots everywhere.
Who are some of your favorite artists?
From the biggest street artists like Banksy to classic furniture designers like Charles and Ray Eames. There isn’t really just one genre or style of design that holds all my interest.
Tell us about your shirt?
A homage to street art and… cartography.

it’s beautiful :) i just don’t wear warm colors (ie brown, red, yellow, orange….)
This is an awesome shirt. I love the color too. The design is so intricate and well done. Where the Wild Things Are is one of my favorite children’s books. I used to read it to my nephews when they were little.

It could be, plenty of subject matter to pick from :) I’m generally all over the place in what I’m up to, so I’ll have to figure out what comes next.
lol sorry, didn’t mean to be negative :) I LOVE the shirt :) I just don’t wear brown because I look pasty and sick in brown … soon I know, in the future, you might offer the same design in different colors? hint hint…. like an archipelago on a beautiful ocean blue background ;)
