I think it’s important for a designer to explore different styles. It keeps your work fresh and helps you evolve. This is definitely a departure from my typical style (as anyone who looks through my portfolio can see).
Ugly Love is part of a larger piece I am working on that explores superficiality and how people miss out on the best things by being judgmental. Mostly it was a project for my three year old daughter to help her learn a life lesson and it just grew from there.

Thank you for the comments everyone! To answer your question Gabe, it’s about looking past the exterior to find beauty and about not missing out on a good thing just because of superficial looks.

You guys messed up the graphic placement of this shirt. I got an extra large and the graphic is literally under my arm pit. it looks like my arm pit is sweating on the bunny. I think I should get a credit or something f-ed up my first t-shirt from here.
