This fantastic design was a collaboration by artist Rusty Shackles (Chicago, IL) and ManBQue founder Jesse “The Godfather” Valenciana.
Rusty’s work is focused primarily on common Anti-hero themes such as Mexican Wrestlers, serial killers and lone vigilantes. It only made sense that he and Valenciana would come up with a motif that best portrays all of the ideals and virtues that ManBQue is all about.
A Man, grilling glorious meats over an open flame for his people (hot, hot women in this case) and leading them to a gluttonous victory against his enemies.
It only makes sense that this is for the 4th of July, right? All of you take heed, wear this shirt EVERY 4th of July while you stand in front of your grill and smoker and lead your legion into a magnificent food coma.

Here is the original art the shirt design was sourced from. As you can see, it worked very well for a poster but needed to be adjusted for shirt use.
starryeyez
This is pretty cool!
ShadZ
This is a nice tee, but it would be a nicer apron!
Dwayne
I would buy this in a heartbeat if it were an apron

Well maybe next year we will consider aprons :-)
randy
He looks like the “nice guy joe” from the iron giant.

Love the poster. The tee is almost as good. And what are they positioned on? Is that a rock? Those grills must be magical to stand up at those angles. “Meat…Beer ..Rock N Roll”. So all american. Nice job!
