I’m a cartoonist, Lego builder, IT professional and father of two living in Central Texas. I’ve been drawing for many years. This shirt was done after I’d drawn each one of the presidents as a robot on 5×7 index cards for an art show at work. Over my lifetime I’ve been inspired by comic book artists, cartoonists, fine arts masters, engineers, designers, musicians and friends. My favorite artists are those that do it every day, regardless of remuneration or notoriety.

Thanks all. A friend actually suggested doing them individually. These lived on 5×7 index cards and were kind of a throw away project, doodles to do at work. Eventually I had 43 of them and made it into a piece for an art show. I sold the popular presidents already but still have some left, perhaps some revised larger ones or “founding father” series.
