I’m from Cleveland, OH. Married and have 2 kids. Work 9-5 by day and design at night. Hope people dig my designs and always working in the next one. I’m a GleeK!
This design for the gLeeKS! On the show Glee I have noticed whenever the kids go out on a date or out to eat the always go to one place. Breadsticks. Its like Olive Garden but with crappy cracker-type breadsticks. It reminds me of similar haunts on shows like the Peach Pit on 90210, The Regal Beagle on Three’s Company and The Max on Saved By The Bell. Its as though its the only place to eat out at in Lima, OH where this show takes place. There is no such place by the way. Living in OH, I should know.

I’ve never been to OG but I like how the breadsticks have little faces, I kno it wasn’t intentional but it’s still cute
PaintedRoadkill
Meh I will pass…as usual.
Christine
It’s Breadstix according to the show. Sigh.

Hey everyone! Glad Ript has given me another opportunity today for one my designs. I hope people dig it and I am huge Gleek!
@ Christine’s comment, it’s spelled differently than what the show advises do to legal reasons. I don’t want to get sued by Fox. Neither does Ript.
Chibibinx
@chistine I didn’t even kno it was spelled differently

You say there is no such place in Ohio? Lima is halfway between Dayton and Toledo on the western side of the state. There is no such place in Lima as Breadstix (or Bread Sticks), but Lima isn’t fictional.
midgerock
Hi planet0fsound, I was referring to the restaurant breadsticks/breadstix. There is no such place by that name in Lima, OH. I hope you didn’t think I was saying Lima, OH didn’t exist? Lima, OH does exist but there’s really not a lot to do there.

i would have bought this if the tag line had said “Legally forbidden to stop bringing you breadsticks.”
Daniel
@planet0fs0und
That’s a joke, because the people in Glee only go to Breadstix, no other Restaurant.
Hannah
“Legally forbidden to stop bringing you breadsticks.”

Give someone free breadsticks with little faces today.

HA! sLima

I know the Lima is in there to refer to Glee, but you could have just said “the only place to eat in Ohio.” While visiting family in Columbus we ended up at an oversized, understaffed OG that used unreliable giant beepers as their maitre d’.

why do the bread sticks have faces?
AND I WILL NEVER WATCH AN EPISODE OF GLEE OR THE JERSEY SHORE
Chibibinx
@nevik link
Glee > jersey shore, glad I don’t have cable to be even tempted to see it
midgerock
@ nevik link… I used to feel that way. I used to make fun of it and the premise. Until I started watching Glee because of my wife and I got sucked in. The show is hilarious! And I guess I can relate to the kids since I was an outcast in high school. I wasn’t in show choir or any group. I was an outsider. And to see all these different “losers” find a life and love together is inspiring. Plus I always loved a good song and dance number.
The episode from this last week was exceptional with their own original song which was actually quite amazing. And I know I’ll sound like a loser, but who cares, I am a Gleek and proud of it, the song brought tears to my eyes.
But I guess like you being a cynic and critic is easier. I thought it was before I got sucked in.
oh… and I agree Jersey Shore is pimple on the arse of televised viewing.

Midgerock: I couldn’t have said it better myself :)
I got into glee mid season 1 n that’s cuz I thought it was like HSM but it had more of a grease feel :)
