I wish I could order it sans words. The “Don’t Blink” with the skull and poorly drawn TARDIS really ruins it. The angel looks lovely though.

fair enough, no worries. though just as an FYI, i did the text that way on purpose. i WANTED the text to look rough and crooked and hand made. basically i wanted it to look like a doodle. (i recently saw a designer who did this and liked how it looked). lastly, i thought it would compliment the sketchiness of the angel.

also, a fair assessment. my thoughts were a) having the angel alone would make the shirt look too plain. b)having the text would have a stronger connection to DW, but not so obvious. as for the skull? well, i like skulls… ;D

This might be my first RIPT purchase. Gonna have to think about it for a while. I am also in the camp of disliking the text but I cannot decide whether it detracts enough from the design to keep me from buying it. I think the Weeping Angels are the only scary monster the current incarnation of DW has featured so it would be awesome to have this shirt. Hmmm.

See this is what i hate about tshirt a day websites, they have these awesome shirts once in a while and then its gone! i get paid later in the week and i cant even get this awesome shirt! it sucks!

Ugh, what a dilemma. I love the angel- wonderfully drawn, and I think the text is needed to complement it- but the skull AND the tardis in the text screams overkill to me. Especially the skull, seeing how it’s there because the designer just likes skulls (heh).

Personally, I find it cluttering the text. I like it so much but then the design within the text (not the words- words are good!) are bothering me. I’ve been waiting for a Doc Who shirt since I found out about this site. Well I have some hours more to think about. Plus it’s more boyish in style..so mayble I’ll pass? Argh. I can’t decide…this is what happens when you’re a broke college student.

I would really love to have this if it did not have the skull. It is a beautiful design, but that spoils it for me. Skeletons had no part in the Blink story, and what makes the weeping angels scary is not connected to that image. Other than that, it is brilliant and I hope you sell many :-)

I feel like the skeleton actually DOES kind of have a part in the Angels storyline. Not with Ten, but definitely with Eleven – because in the last series the Angels were out to kill, not just send people back in time (like in Series 3 (the one with Martha as Ten’s companion). I thought it was a lovely little nod to just how dangerous the Angels were. Also, if the words and TARDIS weren’t there, how would this distinguish the Angel from just a regular angel statue?

love the concept, but i can’t say i love the execution. the image is awesome, but the font style kinda ruins the whole thing. mostly the skull for the O, but the font in general is really what ruins it. makes me sad because the concept of the shirt is awesome.

AH!! How did I miss this and how can I get one?

Loved my shirt. Slight problem with it though. My fiance washed and dried (in a drier on high heat….) causing the fabric to shrink. The print now sits angled and slightly off to the side :(

I am really hoping a reprint is offered.
