Interesting idea. However, I feel that some of the thin white lines get lost in translation, especially at a distance. Same goes with the white stroke you have around the black letters. I think that the idea is good but making tweaking it so it’s more legible and less busy will make it better. Also, a more muted blue or something: the current blue looks too “basic blue” and kind of gives it a clip-art look. Try darker blue or faded blue.
