RIPT Apparel is proud to announce sponsorship of their next band, They Say I say

RIPT Apparel has been looking to add the joy of music to their brand ever since they opened their doors in June of 2008. Since then, the founders of RIPT have kept their ears to the ground in hopes of finding talented and driven musical acts that have shown an interest in the visual arts as well. RIPT announced their first sponsorship of Rhode Island’s The Coming Weak back in September of 2009, and released an exclusive tee for the band in November of that same year.

In RIPT Apparel’s continued search for new music, they came in contact with They Say I Say from Merced, CA. The band is made up of 6 hard-working guys that are creating music in the vein of A Day To Remember and continue expand their catalog while writing a new 6-song EP due later this year. Their official bio states that They Say I Say is “blending Screamo, Pop Punk, Hardcore and Electronic styles.” They Say I Say has begun to take great strides in order to reach out to listeners lyrically and musically, part of which includes this sponsorship by RIPT Apparel.

Look forward to an exclusive They Say I Say tee shirt design coming to RIPT Apparel this Summer as They Say I Say hits the road for a cross-country tour!

RIPT Apparel Design Director had this to say: “When I first got in touch with Eli and his band They Say I Say, I was impressed by their drive and overall great attitude towards the concept of becoming a RIPT band. Hopefully we can both grow together in a positive way and I’d love to see them make it up to Chicago!”
